RetroTherm® MAX adhesive is specially formulated single component moisture curing polyurethane with excellent
water resistant characteristics. Adhesive is used to bond the joints of RetroTherm® MAX system, offering high strength and a high level of water resistance.

Preparation and Application

RetroTherm® MAX adhesive should be applied to the joints of the boards. It has an open time of 10 minutes once applied to allow all boards to be installed suitably before the adhesive starts to cure and set. Adhesive should be stored in the original container in a cool, dry place, at a temperature range of between 5°C and 25°C. In these conditions it has a storage life of 3 months.

Hazardous information

H315 causes skin irritation. H317 may cause an allergic reaction. H319 causes serious eye irritation. H332 harmful if inhaled. H335 may cause respiratory irritation. H334 may cause allergy or asthma symptoms or breathing difficulties if inhaled. H351 suspected of causing cancer. H371 may cause damage to organs. H373 may cause damage to organs through prolonged or repeated exposure. P260 do not breath vapour/spray. P280 wear protective gloves/protection clothing/eye protection/face protection. P284 (in case of inadequate ventilation) wear respiratory protection. P305+P351+P338 if in eyes: rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if resent and easy to do. Continue rinsing. P314 get medical advice/attention if you feel unwell. P342+P311 if experiencing respiratory symptoms: call a poison centre/doctor. P501 dispose of contents/container in accordance with national regulations.
