About TUS

Where are you based?

Our head office is located at 11 Granary Wharf, Burton On Trent, Staffordshire, DE14 1DU.  

What are your opening hours?

We are open from 08:30 to 17:00 on Mondays to Fridays.

We do not currently open on weekends.

Do you sell to the general public?

Yes. We are predominantly a trade supplier but we do supply directly to the public also. If you are looking to buy directly from us but require installation we can refer to you one of our installation partners throughout the UK.

Non trade enquiries will be quoted at retail prices.

What is the best way to get a quote?

Simply click on any of the Free Quote buttons on the website or send an email to info@tradeunderfloor.co.uk with your project plans and details and a member of our team will contact you. 

Alternatively, you can call and discuss your project in the first instance by calling us on 01283 850040. 

Order & Shipping Questions

How do I place an order with you?

If you wish to place an order please call your account manager quoting the project reference who will confirm the details with you, process payment and schedule delivery. 

If you are a new to TUS and have not been assigned an account manager please call any member of our technical sales team on 01283 850040 or email info@tradeunderfloor.co.uk

What delivery options do you offer?

We offer a range of delivery options to ensure you receive your products when you need them.

We can deliver to any Mainland UK address on a next day basis provided we receive an order before 1pm. Next day deliveries will be delivered anytime during normal working hours.

Should you require a specific timed service such as pre Noon or pre 10:30am, please contact us to arrange this.

Our next day and timed next day delivery services are chargeable.

If you are not in a hurry, we offer a free standard delivery service which means your order will be delieverd 1-3 days following your order being received.

Will I need to sign for my delivery?

Yes. In the majority of cases, deliveries will require a signature. 

With the exception of some small packages, all deliveries will require a signature and we therefore advise that somebody is present at the delivery address on the day that delivery is scheduled. 

If nobody is available to sign at the delivery address it will likely be aborted and re-attempted the following day. 

 

Trade Account Questions

How do i open a trade account?

It’s quick and easy to open a TUS trade account. Simply go to our Trade page and follow the link to register for an account. You will receive an email from us with a link to download our latest trade price list. You can begin to enjoy exclusive trade discounts and the other benefits of being a TUS trade account customer straight away.

PLEASE NOTE: We only accept trade account enquiries from genuine trade businesses in the plumbing and heating sector. 

Do you offer credit accounts?

Yes we do. We offer credit accounts to any eligible trade businesses. To apply for a credit account with up to 60 day terms please contact your account manager of email info@tradeunderfloor.co.uk

What are the benefits of a TUS trade account?

There are numerous benefits to registering for a TUS trade account. In addition to trade only pricing and discounts you will also be assigned a dedicated account manager who will act as your personal point of contact. You will also have access to quick quotes, ongoing technical advice and support, direct to site UK wide delivery plus access to free training and other events.
