TUS were asked to design and supply an energy efficient renewable heating system for a new build pool house in Swindon, Wiltshire.
Two Stiebel Eltron WPL 25 A air to water heat pumps were specified to supply low temperature water to the underfloor heating system surrounding the swimming pool and in the changing areas.
The units boast a high coefficient of performance and are extremely quiet when in operation.
The underfloor heating pipework was installed using a clip rail system laid above the floor insulation before the liquid screed floor was poured.
The complete underfloor heating system comprised of Emmeti components including manifold, pipe, controls and fixing accessories.
