Each pack includes:
Your own branding
Simple homeowner guidance on choosing floor coverings and using their UFH system (most will be familiar with how radiators work, but not an UFH system)
CAD design(s) for the property, for future reference
User manuals for the chosen controls
5-year extended warranty (automatically registered on all qualifying items) – this gives extra peace of mind and means that neither you nor the customer needs to complete extended warranty forms
A review request linked to your preferred platform – because positive reviews go a long way to winning future projects
The idea is simple – leave your customer with a clear, well-presented pack that answers their questions before they need to ask them.

The best part is – we need very little input from you. Our Handover Pack service is only available on full system design and supply orders, so we have the project information on file.
For your first one we’ll need your company logo and conformation of the email and telephone details you’d like on the pack. We’ll use the property address and we can include the homeowner’s name, if you’d like it personalised to them.
Just tell your account manager to include a pack and we’ll do the rest! If you would like additional information included in the pack – such as a system commissioning sheet, simply scan and send to us and we will include it in your customer’s digital pack.
You’ll receive a digital PDF that you can send on to your customer by email, to wrap the job up nicely.
This service is available on full system orders only, for a fee of £24.99 (ex.VAT) per pack
