We were tasked by our client, an innovative energy installation company, to design and supply the underfloor heating system in this truly unique new build property in Dore, Sheffield.

The main house consists of four floors. A pipe in screed system was designed in for the basement, ground and first floors. Due to height restrictions on the second floor, a low profile overfloor system was incorporated enabling maximum performance and efficiency while maintaining the lowest possible structural build up.
A further pipe in screed system was also installed in the external Summer House. The underfloor heating system is connected to a superior, high efficiency ATAG 140kw gas heating system complete with 3000 litre Cordivari buffer tank which also integrates with the swimming pool and spa/entertainment areas.
Smart heating controls from Heatmiser were designed into the underfloor heating system allowing the end user the ability to control each area of the property independently and remotely using a smart phone or internet enabled device if required.
