Our customer, a renowned local developer, completely rebuilt the existing property inline with a new design and on a much larger scale. During the design stage, TUS were approached to provide a suitable underfloor heating solution that was capable of heating both the ground and upper floors.
Following the supply of plans we provided a two-system approach to deliver the most effective solution for each floor.
A pipe in screed system was installed on the ground floor. On the first floor, aluminium heat spreader plates were installed with the underfloor heating pipework laid between the joists. All manifolds, pipe and controls for the project were supplied by Emmeti via TUS ensuring the highest quality components were installed throughout.
In conjunction with one of our approved installation partners, TUS provided a complete design, supply and install package for the client.
