Solution: Pipe in screed underfloor heating system to ground floors
Total heated area: 600m2
TUS were delighted to be involved in the award winning Appleby Fields, an impressive development of new 2, 3 and 4 bedroom luxury homes.
Our customer, the main developer for the project, approached us to design and supply the underfloor heating systems within the 4 bed properties.
A pipe in screed system was installed in each property along with programmable thermostats allowing the end users to enjoy complete control over their home heating.
The site was awarded ‘Best Small Development (2-10 Units)’ by the LABC at the national ‘Bricks’ Awards last year.
