Please contact our team to place an order for this product – 01283 850040Kelmore LevelMore Flex&Fibre is a premium, rapid-setting, flexible levelling and smoothing compound designed for high-performance floor preparation in both residential and commercial environments.

Flex&Fibre has been product tested and approved for use over TUS’s RetroTherm LITE insulated panels. This product is also suitable for use with our RetroTherm FLO 12 low profile castellated tray system, to achieving a 25-30mm build up.

Reinforced with fibres for added strength and flexibility, it can be applied from 2mm to 50mm in a single layer – or up to 75mm when bulked out with sharp sand.

LevelMore Flex&Fibre boasts excellent flow, superior surface finish, and impressive drying times. It’s even moisture-tolerant, making it suitable for use beneath damp proof membranes.

This levelling and smoothing compound can be used over a wide range of substrates – including underfloor heating panels, concrete, screeds, timber floors and existing tiles.

• Working time: 30 minutes (at 20°C)

Directions for Use:

1. Pour 4.5-5 litres water into a clean bucket. Gradually add the powder whilst mixing thoroughly with an electric paddle mixer until a smooth, lump-free consistency is achieved. The compound is ready for use immediately after mixing.
2. Pour onto primed substrate and spread using a trowel or gauge rake.
3. Use a spiked roller (if suitable thickness allows) to remove air bubbles and enhance finish.
4. Allow to dry before foot traffic or applying further coverings.
